By creating an account or using HisabKitab, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

HisabKitab is a bookkeeping tool that helps you record income, expenses, sales, invoices, debts, and investments for your business, and view simple summaries of that data.

It is not an accounting firm, tax advisor, law firm, bank, or licensed financial institution, and using it does not create any such professional relationship.

The optional AI Financial Advisor generates suggestions based on the numbers in your account. It is provided for general informational purposes only, can be wrong or incomplete, and is not financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Always use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional or your lender before making borrowing, repayment, or major financial decisions.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your login secure. You own the business data you enter; we just store and process it to provide the app to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you invite team members, you're responsible for the access level (Admin/Viewer) you grant them and for removing access when appropriate.

Use HisabKitab only for lawful business record-keeping. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, access another business's data without authorization, or use the app to store data you don't have the right to store.

HisabKitab is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we'll clearly notify you before any charges apply.

You can stop using the app and delete your business data at any time from Business Profile. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

We work to keep HisabKitab reliable, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the app, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date below and let you know in the app if changes are significant.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
