You can permanently delete your HisabKitab account and all of your data yourself, at any time. There is no way to undo it.
- Sign in to the HisabKitab app.
- Open the menu and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap “Permanently delete”.
Deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period.
- •Your account, login phone number or email, and profile details.
- •Every business you own, and all of its books: income, expenses, sales, invoices, customers, debts, products and stock, investments, capital, assets, loans and budgets.
- •Your support tickets and the replies you wrote.
- •Your membership of any business owned by someone else, and any unclaimed staff invitations sent to your phone number.
- •Records you entered into a business owned by someone else stay with that business. If you logged expenses as staff for your employer, those entries are your employer's books — they are not deleted with your account.
- •Payment records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes are retained in our billing records for as long as the law requires, and are not linked to an active account.
Email support@jaantrix.com.bd from the phone number or email address on the account. We will verify it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
